Warranty

Comely UA provides a 6-month warranty from the date of receiving your jewelry piece.
The warranty applies to all Comely UA creations purchased directly from the brand or through official partners.
All shipping costs for returning the piece to the studio and sending it back to the client are covered by the customer.


The warranty covers:

  • Thread loosening or breakage not caused by external impact.
  • Beadwork separation due to thread defect or improper initial tension.
  • Breakage of the clasp, adjustable chain, or metal components (without pulling or mechanical damage).
  • Manufacturing defects such as deformation, asymmetry, or other technical errors.

We also care about:

  • Free length adjustment after delivery (shortening or extending the ribbon or chain).
  • Free “refresh service” during the warranty period — cleaning, restringing, or realignment of the beadwork (upon client’s request).
  • Replacement of the velvet ribbon or clasp in case of natural wear within the warranty period.

Beyond the warranty:

  • Repairs after the warranty period — with payment only for materials.
  • “Jewelry life support” — if the piece loses its shape or tension over time, it can be reactivated at Comely UA (a ritual restoration).
  • Reissue of the authenticity certificate in case of loss (with the same authenticity number).

How to use your warranty:

  1. Contact us at contact@comelyua.com or via the contact form on our website.
  2. Attach photos of the piece and a short description of the issue.
  3. After assessment, we will confirm whether the case is covered by warranty and provide shipping instructions.
