Shipping & Orders
1. Where are your products shipped from?
All Comely UA creations are crafted and shipped from Evian-les-Bains, France.
2. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time varies by country — usually 5–18 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number for real-time updates.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide — including the EU, Eastern Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond.

4. Can I request a custom-made piece?
Absolutely! Comely UA values individuality — we can adjust colors, details, or create a completely new piece inspired by your idea.
Production takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on studio workload.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins, and the remaining 50% is paid after completion — before shipping.

5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Custom-made and discounted items are non-returnable.

12. What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Each piece is carefully packaged with protective layers and sturdy branded boxes to ensure it arrives safely.
However, once your parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot take full responsibility for handling during transit.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at comelybeadsua@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your case individually and do our best to help resolve the issue.
13. Which items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable?
Custom-made pieces and discounted jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized nature or promotional pricing.

We use premium Czech and Japanese beads, natural stones, durable nylon threads, and hypoallergenic findings.
Each piece combines tradition, sustainability, and modern design.
7. How do I care for my Comely UA jewelry?
Treat your jewelry with care — it carries energy and heritage.
- Store it in a dry place, ideally in its pouch or original box.
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, or cosmetics.
- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

17. Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Most of our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic materials.
If you have sensitivities, contact us — we’ll gladly provide details about your piece’s components.
20. Can my jewelry be repaired?
Yes, Comely UA offers repair services exclusively for our own creations.
If your piece is damaged, please email us photos and a short description — we’ll offer suitable restoration options.
All Comely UA jewelry includes a 6-month warranty.

11. Can you recreate a historical Ukrainian necklace?
Yes! One of our specialties is recreating historical Ukrainian beadwork jewelry — silyankas and gerdans — based on museum exhibits or old photographs.
These pieces allow you to wear a living fragment of Ukrainian heritage.
If you have an antique piece you’d like restored, or a high-quality photo of one, we’d be happy to recreate it for you.
15. Can I personalize an existing design?
Of course! If you love one of our designs but want different colors or small adjustments — we can tailor it to your preference.
16. Can I order a matching set?
Yes! We can create a coordinated set — for example, a necklace, bracelet, and earrings in the same style.

18. Can you expedite a custom order?
We’ll do our best to meet your request.
Expedited completion depends on the design’s complexity and current studio schedule — contact us to discuss what’s possible.

UA stands for Ukrainian Ancestry — our origin, our roots, our living memory.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, UnionPay, and more.
All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
23. Can I pay in UAH, EUR, or USD?
Yes, you can pay in any currency — the payment system automatically converts the amount into your card’s currency.
24. How can I check my order status?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Once shipped, we’ll send a tracking number in a follow-up email.
25. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change the address before your order is shipped.

We can adjust the length or replace the clasp if needed.

Yes! We can beautifully print or handwrite your message to include in the packaging.
